Original Fine Art Painting | Dorian Radu RMS

An exquisite celebration of simplicity, natural beauty and the timeless traditions of classical still-life painting, Bowl of Nectarines Against Green captures the quiet elegance of an everyday subject through exceptional painterly refinement.

A rustic earthenware bowl, filled with richly coloured nectarines and delicate foliage, forms the centrepiece of this intimate composition. The warm golden, amber and crimson tones of the fruit contrast beautifully with the subdued green background, creating a harmonious interplay of colour, texture and light.

Drawing upon the traditions of the Old Masters, Dorian Radu employs subtle chiaroscuro, meticulous observation and carefully balanced composition to reveal the extraordinary beauty found in ordinary objects. The delicate rendering of the fruit, the tactile quality of the ceramic bowl and the weathered surface beneath evoke a sense of authenticity and timelessness.

Both understated and sophisticated, the painting invites contemplation of nature's fleeting abundance, transforming a simple arrangement into an enduring expression of beauty and tranquillity.

A distinguished original still life, where classical craftsmanship, rich natural colour and quiet elegance converge in a timeless work of art.
